Realities & Possibilities: A Report on Employer Experiences and Thoughts About the Employment of Youth
April 19, 2010In 2008 HTAB produced a report called Dreams and Expectations which identified a number of issues about employment in the Hamilton area from a youth (ages 16-25) perspective.
In 2009 HTAB undertook the companion piece to this research by surveying and dialoguing with Hamilton area employers and produced Realities and Possibilities.
After bringing both pieces of research together, issues and recommendations for action have been created and are included as part of the Realities and Possibilities report.
